  • Thanks for the comments. Info on the Ford major 4000 can be found in a book by Stuart Gibbard called The Ford Tractor Story part two. It has a lot of back ground concerning the 6X Pre Force models and how they came to the states.

  • Thanks for the compliment. For the head gasket I used Fel-Pro # HS8446B head set for 1965-5/69 201 cid 3 cyl diesel. I ordered it thru a local parts store. No problems so far.
